The deal will enable Everflow to expand its service offerings and grow its customer base. The company aims to leverage the investment for digital transformation initiatives and to pursue strategic acquisitions.

Strategic Rationale

BGF’s Chief Executive Officer, Craig Dallison, noted that the investment represents a significant milestone in Everflow's mission to simplify utilities management for small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The firm’s growth strategy includes expanding into new sectors through both organic expansion and M&A activity.

John Healey, an investor at BGF, highlighted Everflow’s strong market position and its potential for further innovation. “Built in the North East, Everflow has combined operational excellence with a deeply experienced leadership team,” said Healey. “We look forward to supporting them as they continue to disrupt the non-household water utility market.”

Financial Context

The investment will also support Everflow’s digital transformation efforts, including the adoption of artificial intelligence (AI) across internal business processes and the further development of its Evie platform. The company plans to use the funds to expand its workforce from 250 employees to a larger team capable of handling additional services and customers.

Everflow has grown significantly since its founding in 2015, achieving an annual growth rate of over 30% for three consecutive years. The company now serves more than 120,000 premises and offers a range of utility services including water management, waste disposal, and connectivity.
