The acquisition is part of Corridor Capital’s seventh platform investment from its third fund. The deal marks the firm's entry into the association management service sector, with a focus on enhancing and expanding Association Headquarters' services.

Founded in 1978, Association Headquarters provides comprehensive outsourced services to national associations and nonprofit organizations, including membership support, financial services, credentialing management, marketing and communications, meetings and events support, board management, and other miscellaneous services. The company aims to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness for its clients.

Corridor Capital CEO Craig Enenstein stated that the firm's investment in Association Headquarters reflects confidence in the sector’s resilience and growth potential. “This collaboration reflects our confidence in the sector’s resilience and the tremendous potential for growth,” said Enenstein.

The transaction includes support from Old Second National Bank, which provided debt financing to Corridor Capital. The buy-side financial advisor was Catalyst Strategic Advisors, while Morgan Lewis & Bockius served as legal counsel for Corridor Capital.
