Theodo Group's founding directors are taking back control of the company following significant growth under private equity ownership. Theodo Group, founded in 2009 by Benoît Charles-Lavauzelle and Fabrice Bernhard, provides digital transformation services to clients using lean and agile methodologies. The company has experienced substantial revenue growth, increasing from €1.3 million in 2012 to €64 million in 2021.

Theodo Group's rapid expansion includes international offices in Paris, London, New York, and Casablanca, as well as a strong presence across multiple verticals such as web development, mobile, data and AI, fintech, and cloud solutions. Since Keensight Capital and ISAI Expansion’s investment in 2018, the company's revenue has grown by an average of 30% annually.

Charles-Lavauzelle and Bernhard expressed their gratitude to Keensight Capital and ISAI for their support during a critical period of growth. Philippe Crochet from Keensight Capital highlighted the Group’s future potential under its visionary leadership, while Pierre Martini from ISAI emphasized Theodo's ability to maintain its unique values while scaling up.

With this acquisition, Charles-Lavauzelle and Bernhard aim to continue Theodo's growth trajectory in a dynamic market.
