Palmetto Air & Water Balance LLC acquires ETB Arizona

Palmetto Air & Water Balance LLC, an environmental and water management services provider based in the United States, has acquired ETB Arizona, a local leader in TAB (Technology Assurance Bureau) services and fire and life safety certifications. The acquisition closed on June 4, 2025.

ETB Arizona’s strong reputation for delivering TAB certifications and fire safety standards complements Palmetto Air & Water Balance LLC’s existing service lines. Palmetto Air & Water Balance LLC was advised by Deerpath Capital Management on financial matters. Legal counsel for the buyer included Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough. The sellers were represented by undisclosed advisors on both the financial and legal fronts.
